Hi and welcome to my online home! I am a photographer located in Phoenix, Arizona. I'm married to my wonderful hubby, Jon, and we have 7 fur babies: Kitty Amazing, Baby Kitty, Petunia, and China, our cats, Hank and Seymour, our dogs, and Junichiro, our hedgehog. Admittedly, Junichiro is more of a spiky baby than a fur baby. I love travel, nutella, donuts, cupcakes, (okay just bring me all the carbs alright?), reading, green tea, soccer, dancing, and soft pillow cases. I love having you, I hope you stay awhile.
Overlooking all of downtown Phoenix from their ceremony site atop South Mountain in Phoenix, Arizona, Nicole and James stood in front of their closest friends and family and said “I do.” James’ two children stood by their side participating directly in the ceremony as the parties committed not just to each other, but to the children as well. James’ son was his best man and James’ daughter was Nicole’s bridesmaid. Making it even more special, Nicole’s Father who is a pastor, officiated their ceremony. And he had plenty of antidotes about Nicole from growing up and her path leading her to James. (I suppose this is both the pro and con of your dad officiating your ceremony, they know too much LOL). But Nicole’s Father had everyone laughing as they followed along on the couples journey.
After the ceremony their intimate group of friends and family ate delicious Mexican food and multiple flavors of literally the most amazing cupcakes I think I have ever tasted in my life! And we all know I’m a dessert connoisseur, so you can believe me. 😉
Then I whisked the happy couple away for the perfect desert sunset portraits, where I could not get enough of these two! And I think Nicole’s plans for a gorgeous day of sunflowers and love came together perfectly.
