Hi and welcome to my online home! I am a photographer located in Phoenix, Arizona. I'm married to my wonderful hubby, Jon, and we have 7 fur babies: Kitty Amazing, Baby Kitty, Petunia, and China, our cats, Hank and Seymour, our dogs, and Junichiro, our hedgehog. Admittedly, Junichiro is more of a spiky baby than a fur baby. I love travel, nutella, donuts, cupcakes, (okay just bring me all the carbs alright?), reading, green tea, soccer, dancing, and soft pillow cases. I love having you, I hope you stay awhile.

GET TO KNOW fELICIA

Dalia and Jon’s Wedding, Rusty Ranch, Gilbert, Arizona

“On our first date, I knew it was right because it felt like I was hanging out with my best friend.” I loved when Jon said this to Dalia during his vows. That’s so often how we know we’re with the one our heart needs isn’t it? Because we can laugh with them for hours, watch netflix in relative silence and be completely happy, and just enjoy every moment together no matter what happens. And Dalia and Jon have so much fun together whether they are alone doing portraits or telling jokes with their friends.

Their wedding had so many details that had me squealing! First, was an amazingly epic donuts, cupcake, and cake wall. I just could not get enough of how beautiful those hanging donuts and sparkling cupcakes on wood crates were. And they had the perfect cake topper that said “foreva eva,” (foreva eva! Said in high pitched voice). You get bonus points if you can pinpoint the song that awesome reference comes from.

Even more beautiful than Jon and Dalia’s love was their love for their families. Jon and Dalia, including their family and friends, and me quite often! were in tears throughout the ceremony and night. During Dalia’s dance with her dad and then her mom was giving me all the feels. You can just tell how much her parents cherish their daughter. And Jon’s relationship with his parents was so wonderful to watch. Jon’s mom’s dab game was strong, and her and Jon had such a fun time dancing together and testing out all their moves. It was so fun to watch. Luckily, the love didn’t stop there. Jon’s older brother was their officiant, which made the ceremony so special, and Jon’s cousin and his sister were the wedding  coordinators and planners. And may I just add that they did a phenomenal job!

After that came the wood fired pizza (which was soooo gooooodddd btw), and of course, plenty of tequila and salsa dancing. Pretty much any one who sees me during the dancing can catch me shaking my own booty while I’m photographing.  LOL I can’t help it, I was made to moveee.

Surrounded by Jon’s favorite succulents (as he is quite the botanist and succulent guy as I learned!), and their friends and family, Jon and Dalia had the move beautiful, fun day. I am so glad I got to be a part of it and capture all these precious moments! Congratulations you two, and keep on being each others’ best friend!
